All structures, land, and interests are controlled solely by the Board of Trustees which are a legal entity registered with the State of Oklahoma.
All interest in donating to the Cemetery for it's upkeep and maintenance should be sent to the Board of Trustees.
It is unlawful for any person or persons to solicit or receive donation(s) on behalf of North Fork Cemetery.

Additional board members may be added as determined by the existing Trustees.
The Trustees serve as volunteers and will not be financially compensated.
